The platform

PADDOCKS operates a platform through which users can contact advisors for questions or advice. The platform supports communication and payment between users and advisors.

Entertainment and independent advisors

Advisor opinions, answers and services are for entertainment purposes only. Advisors are independent contractors. PADDOCKS does not verify their credentials, qualifications or other profile information and does not control the quality or accuracy of their advice. You are responsible for checking that information yourself. Online advice, including advice from licensed professionals, is not a substitute for an in-person consultation.

Your use of PADDOCKS

To use the platform, you agree to the following:

• You are at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information.
• You will not manipulate feedback, disrupt the platform, servers, networks or other accounts.
• You will not impersonate others, violate privacy, engage in prohibited activities or break applicable law or ethical rules.

Changes and access

PADDOCKS may change or end services without notice and may end a user’s access for any reason.

Fees, currency and payment

Advisor interactions are billed through the platform at the agreed price. Payments are in US dollars by authorized credit or debit card. Each session is a separate, one-time purchase with its own fee. It is not a subscription or recurring charge.

Refund requests

To request a refund, use the form on the contact page and provide the reason, amount and your email address. A refund will be made within 30 days from the date of service.

Privacy and disclosure

Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. PADDOCKS may disclose user information to third parties when required by law or to protect rights or property.

Warranties and liability

PADDOCKS does not endorse or guarantee advisor qualifications or advice. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties. PADDOCKS, its affiliates and associated individuals are not liable for indirect or consequential damage. A user’s liability for damages will not exceed the amount paid to experts during the preceding month.

Indemnification and copyright

You agree to defend and indemnify the company and its affiliates against losses caused by a breach of this agreement. PADDOCKS respects copyright; users who infringe copyright will have their accounts terminated. Use the provided reporting guidance to report infringement.

Notices and governing law

Notices about these terms or the platform may be sent by email or post, or displayed on the site. California law governs this agreement. This is the entire agreement and replaces earlier promises or representations. Users in territories prohibited from trade relations with the United States may not access the platform. Amendments must be in writing; an invalid provision does not invalidate the remaining terms.
